Responsibilities & Context:
PIN-UP Global in currently looking for an Online Chat Operator with knowledge of English and Bengali language.
It is a work from the remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Answer clients' inquiries via online chat in Bangladesh
- Assist customers regarding website usability
- Solve customers' issues that they may face during their clients experience
- Build long-term relationships with Clients
- Provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company
Schedule: (Rotational Shifts)
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
