PIN-UP Global in currently looking for an Online Chat Operator with knowledge of English and Bengali language.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer clients' inquiries via online chat in India.
  • Assist customers regarding website usability .
  • Solve customers' issues that they may face during their clients experience .
  • Build long-term relationships with Clients .
  • Provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company.
