∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending inbound and outbound customer calls.
∎ Give Support About Our Software when customer face problem to use our application.
∎ Providing customer service over the phone.
∎ Receiving customer complaint and give instruction over phone for solve the problem.
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management/ Team Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
