Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Provide customer support via Phone, Email, Remote Access, or Physical Visit

  2. Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wi-Fi devices

  3. Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues

  4. Ensure proper documentation and reporting

  5. Follow company rules, policies, and operational procedures
