Provide customer support via Phone, Email, Remote Access, or Physical Visit
Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wi-Fi devices
Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues
Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Follow company rules, policies, and operational procedures
