#Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity.
· Explaining and demonstrating products to customers through social media chat and phone calls.
· Prompt responding to customer inquiries.
· Completion of other related routine task.
· Identify customers’ needs, and solve raised issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Communicating and coordinating with co-workers when necessary.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
