Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, or feedback collection
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and pricing
Log all call details, queries, and resolutions into the system
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal departments for quick problem resolution
Ensure call quality standards and compliance guidelines are met
