Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming outgoing calls and follow up on customer calls where necessary
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products, services, orders, or policies
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions promptly
