  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively



Responsibilities & Context:

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information about products or services, resolve complaints, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming outgoing calls and follow up on customer calls where necessary

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products, services, orders, or policies

  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions promptly

  • Maintain accurate customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions

  • Other duties as assigned
