Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Customer Support-Female.
Job Responsibilities:
Face to Face Customer Support.
Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries;
Customers schedule according to the day and time;
Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information;
Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;
Manage customers complains accordingly;
Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;
Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;
Government, private sector retired women and bankers can apply.

People working in banks and insurance companies will be given priority to have the ability to run branches.
