Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Customer Support-Female.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Face to Face Customer Support.

  • Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries;

  • Customers schedule according to the day and time;

  • Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information;

  • Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;

  • Manage customers complains accordingly;

  • Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;

  • Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.

  • Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;

  • Government, private sector retired women and bankers can apply.

  • job location inside Dhaka

  • People working in banks and insurance companies will be given priority to have the ability to run branches.
