• Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic office software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or social media management will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer messages across all social media platforms.
• Handle and process online orders efficiently.
• Maintain daily work reports and update relevant software entries.
• Communicate with customers via phone for feedback, order confirmations, and service updates.
• Collaborate with influencers for campaigns, promotions, and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate with animal foster homes for promotional activities.
• Plan and execute events and marketing campaigns to boost sales and enhance brand image.
• Represent the company at fairs, exhibitions, and events organized by Oskies Pet Food Limited.
