Responsibilities & Context:
Test incoming raw material samples and release/reject batches based on results
Conduct finished product analysis for every production batch before warehouse dispatch
Maintain accurate lab records, batch logs, and test certificates
Calibrate and maintain all lab equipment on schedule
Flag out-of-spec results immediately to the production team and management
Develop and refine internal testing SOPs over time
Assist in supplier evaluation by interpreting third-party lab reports
Support formulation trials with nutritional analysis data
