Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries across Facebook, WhatsApp, and website platforms in a professional manner

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and confirm orders

  • Accurately process, verify, and maintain customer order information

  • Provide detailed product knowledge and ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Coordinate with internal teams (inventory & dispatch) for efficient order fulfillment

  • Maintain organized records and update order status regularly

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining service quality

  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and communication
