Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and pleasant client journey—from the initial inquiry to final service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach
- Manage appointments via telephone, walk-ins, and digital booking platforms
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and packages
- Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and efficiency
- Maintain and update client records, including service history and preferences
- Liaise with beauticians, stylists, and management to ensure timely service delivery
- Promote and upsell salon services, membership packages, and retail products
- Process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily financial records
- Assist management with administrative and operational support as needed
