  • Call Center Management – Leading daily operations efficiently.

  • Sales & Telemarketing – Driving revenue through inbound/outbound calls.

  • Team Leadership – Motivating and supervising agents.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Using CRM tools effectively.

  • Communication Skills – Fluent in Bangla and English.

  • Problem Solving – Handling customer complaints and escalations.

  • Reporting & Analytics – Monitoring KPIs and preparing performance reports.

  • Training & Coaching – Developing agents’ skills in sales and service.

  • Time Management – Ensuring targets and deadlines are met.Negotiation &

  • Persuasion – Converting inquiries into sales successfully.

  • Must be willing to work at least 4 night shifts per week.

  • Should be flexible with shifts based on business needs.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage day-to-day call center operations.

  • Lead and supervise agents to ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls.

  • Set sales targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement.

  • Monitor call quality, sales conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Create call scripts and sales pitches to improve performance.

  • Train agents on sales techniques, customer handling, and communication.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them quickly.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns.
