Responsibilities & Context:

This company is fast-growing online fashion retailer specializing in 100% original Pakistani dresses. We serve customers across Bangladesh with premium outfits, professional customer support, and a dedicated in-house stitching department. We are expanding our team to ensure faster service and a better customer experience.

Handle online customer queries efficiently and professionally

Process orders and assist with parcel dispatch

Coordinate and manage stitching/production orders (training will be provided)

Maintain smooth communication with customers across social platforms

Assist in day-to-day office operations and online tasks

Duty Time: 4 PM to 10 AM
