∎ Ability to manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on ecommerce order status.
∎ Experience in handling returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact with customers via email, phone, and live chat.
∎ Experience in processing and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently.
∎ Ability to track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
∎ Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes, including working with carriers and tracking shipments.
∎ Familiarity with order tracking systems to provide customers with real-time updates.
∎ Proven experience in customer service, digital marketing, and content writing.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
