Experience:
Minimum Masters in Business/Economics/Banking/English or relevant subjects from reputed University or
BSc Engineering in Computer Science/ EEE/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architecture etc. with no third division in academic records.
Minimum 2 years working experience in any bank/non-banking financial institution/micro-finance institution/NGO will be given preference.
Fresh graduates with excellent academic records can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT operations.
High integrity and professional ethics.
Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Job Nature: 2 years’ fixed term contract.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide dedicated customer support for traffic fine payment services processed through the Bank’s mobile application and online platforms.
Assist customers in downloading, registering, and using the app for traffic fine payment and related services.
Handle customer queries received through call center, live chat, or social media channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Guide customers through digital payment steps and troubleshoot common issues related to transaction failures or confirmation delays.
Coordinate with the Traffic Division and relevant authorities to verify payment status and resolve disputes or technical errors.
Collect feedback from users to help improve the digital fine payment experience and app usability.
Maintain compliance with internal service standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Uphold the brand image of the Bank and ensure a seamless, customer-centric digital experience.
Verify merchant details as per KYC and AML/CFT policies.
Collect essential documents (Trade License, NID, TIN/BIN, Business Seal).
Open Current or SND account in the merchant’s or business name.
Follow the full onboarding workflow from lead to account opening.
Ensure accurate account details and linkage with POS/QR system.
Coordinate with Branch and Operations Division for approval and activation.
