- Handle customer inquiries related to garments and accessories via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information about product details, availability, and pricing.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Resolve complaints or issues related to products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Process customer orders and assist with tracking and delivery information.
- Offer recommendations on garments and accessories based on customer preferences.
- Keep updated on the latest products, trends, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service interactions.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches by engaging customers and providing product knowledge.
