Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive for our evening shift (5:30 PM - 09:30 PM). As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer has a seamless, friendly, and efficient service experience. Your focus will be on providing exceptional direct service, handling inquiries, and upholding our brand`s renowned standards.

Responsibilities:

Direct Customer Service:

  • Greet every customer with a positive, welcoming, and friendly attitude.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter and via phone.

  • Proactively ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and diplomatically, seeking management support when needed to resolve issues.

  • Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return.

Operational Support:

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal of your assigned station, the front counter, and the dining area.

  • Accurately handle cash and electronic payment transactions.

  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and health regulations meticulously.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Represent the brand`s image, values, and quality standards in every interaction.

  • Clearly communicate current promotions, deals, and menu items to customers.
