  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, or a similar role will be preferred.
  • Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA (Bangladesh time 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
  • Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing care management for clients and their families/support system and advocates for clients to obtain the full range of needed services and ensures coordination of these services. The Customer Service coordinator promotes linkage development and monitors the effectiveness of linkages with other services providers. The Coordinator ensures community follow-up to engage the client in care, promotes compliance with medical appointments, and encourages client self-sufficiency and empowerment.

 Make outbound calls to USA customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.

  • Taking inbound calls from foreign customers.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update records and ensure satisfaction with our services.

  • Accurately document all notes and updates and verify timesheets for Personal Attendants PAs.

  • Keep electronic records up to date in compliance with agency policies and regulations.

  • Coordinate applications and monitor caregiver compliance.

  • Report all incidents to your immediate supervisor and provide excellent customer service. Perform other duties as

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
