• Must live in or near Bashundhara R/A (mandatory).

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or international client communication preferred.

• Candidates with knowledge of decentralized currency or digital platforms will receive high preference.

• Professional appearance, confidence in presentation, and adaptability to various client needs.

• Must be responsive and available for coordination between 10 AM – 8 PM, and attend the office when required.

• Attend virtual calls and meetings with international clients.

• Understand company operations and services through initial training.

• Manage and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain clear communication and follow up with clients as needed.

• Support the team in ensuring client satisfaction and service consistency.

Starting Salary: 30,000 BDT per month. Increment Policy: 10% monthly increment after completion of two months of joining. Excellent growth opportunities across multiple projects and international campaigns.
