Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a distinguished Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the principal architect of relationships for our most valued enterprise and carrier clients. This pivotal role demands an individual who can seamlessly blend strategic acumen with exceptional interpersonal grace to foster deep, trusting, and long-lasting partnerships. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client objectives are met with precision and that our service delivery consistently exceeds expectations.

  •   Assume end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the single point of contact for all strategic and operational matters.
  •   Develop and execute relationship management strategies to ensure maximum client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  •   Cultivate a profound understanding of each client's business model and strategic goals to align our IIG solutions effectively.
  •   Facilitate complex discussions between clients and internal technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  •   Proactively monitor account health, anticipate potential challenges, and orchestrate preemptive solutions.
  •   Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all client and company matters.
