Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, talkative, and confident Customer Relation Officer to support the MD of Infosure Global Consultancy with lead handling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in communication, proactive in handling tasks, and comfortable dealing with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and daily calendar.
  • Follow up with both new and existing customers.
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Basic expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
