• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Chain shop, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Online Retail Startup

• Only Female

• Minimum 1 year of experience in skincare-related products, social media moderation, or customer service

• Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Office Time (Shifts):

• 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

• Weekend: Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support through phone calls and messages

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick solutions

• Act as a social media moderator – reply to comments/inbox queries professionally

• Maintain customer communication records and order follow-ups

• Assist in day-to-day operations related to customer service and order management
