Experience:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Guide patients and families in selecting and booking appropriate services & Service providers. (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Caregiver).
Maintain records of customer interactions, service bookings, and feedback in the system.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle customer complaints with empathy, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Educate clients about MyHealth’s online platform, mobile app, and service features.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Support marketing and awareness campaigns by explaining services to prospective clients.
