Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Guide patients and families in selecting and booking appropriate services & service providers. (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Caregiver).

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, service bookings, and feedback in the system.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Educate clients about MyHealth’s online platform, mobile app, and service features.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
