What You’ll Do

- Manage inbound and outbound client calls with care and professionalism

- Provide accurate information about our products and services

- Record and report client interactions and feedback

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain a positive, calm, and empathetic tone in every conversation

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication skills in Bangla; English proficiency is a plus

- Friendly, patient, and team-oriented personality

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word)

- Ability to stay calm under pressure and efficiently handle client needs

- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team

- Graduation in any subject
