Experience:
Bachelor in music/dance/theatre
Demonstrated ability to work in development projects.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excell and Power Point
Good Report writing skill.
Age not more than 40.
Strong understanding of child rights, Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV).
Ability to communicate with people from different area and cultures.
Experience:
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 1 year of experience in development sector specially with child learning, take care and skill development.

Job Nature: Full-time/ Part-time
Job Description / Responsibility
Design and facilitate cultural session and workshops in 14 points around the Dhaka City that educate and engage deprived children.
Collaborate with local partners to develop initiatives that promote cultural exchange and inclusion.
Act as a liaison between various cultural groups and the organization to ensure their voices are heard.
Organize events and activities that celebrate cultural traditions and foster community connections.
Provide resources and support to staff and volunteers to enhance cultural competency within the organization.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of cultural programs and recommend improvements based on feedback.
Promote awareness of cultural issues and advocate for inclusive practices both within and outside the organization.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Salary Range
Tk.18,000-20,000 per month (Gross)
