• Demonstrated ability to work in development projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excell and Power Point

• Good Report writing skill.

• Age not more than 40.

• Strong understanding of child rights, Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV).

• Ability to communicate with people from different area and cultures.

Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 1 year of experience in development sector specially with child learning, take care and skill development.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote child development and learning.

• Create a safe and welcoming environment where children feel valued and supported.

• Observe and assess children`s needs and progress to tailor facilitation approaches.

• Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to support children`s growth.

• Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution among children.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and observations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.

• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Salary Range

• Not above Tk.18,471 per month (Gross)
