Job Context:
∎ The CSR Report Checker receives his/her missions from the ARCC Manager and reports to him/her on a regular basis (operation weekly meeting / general monthly meeting) with reliable, transparent and accurate information relative to the full scope of his/her responsibilities.
∎ The objectives are to ensure the quality of the reporting in terms of relevance, understandability, reliability of information, consistency of evidences and to verify that Eurofins, AQM internal procedures and/or instructions from customers` guidelines were followed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all audit reports are released on time by monitoring Eurofins, AQM Online portfolio (and specific customer's as ICS Database)
∎ Analyze each audit report sent by auditors/QC, update the reports to match Eurofins, AQM procedure and customers' or initiatives requirements in terms of reporting, provide to the auditor a complete feedback (even if no question is needed) and finalize the report before sending to customer (including the English rewording when necessary)
∎ Upload the complete report pack on Eurofins, AQM Online and the customer's website when applicable (such as ICS Database)
∎ Manage and accountable for a follow-up tool to keep track of audit results and progress in the report checking.
∎ Challenge/question auditors to get their feedback on missing/confusing points
∎ Alert the ARCC Manager in case of major failures/delays and propose corrective and preventive actions; in case of Critical finding (like child labor, forced labor, discrimination case, etc.)
∎ Take instructions from the CSR Operation Director and ARCC Manager in case of specific, critical non-compliance or not typical case
∎ These missions are applicable for all types of Social/Technical audits to be performed.
∎ Attend to at least 10 audits per year, if possible in different countries, and different types of audits
∎ Contribute to reinforce the training and supporting program for the auditors.
∎ Alert on frequent mistakes made by auditors or issues with some auditors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English (speaking/writing/reading)
∎ 2 years' experiences on social, H&S compliance (like auditor, HR Compliance, working on buyer's social compliance standards...)
∎ Knowledge on international standards (ILO, ISO, etc.)
∎ Knowledge on social compliance auditing standards (BSCI, ICS, SMETA.)
∎ Knowledge on local regulations on social topics
∎ Knowledge of environment and Textile will get preferable
∎ Good MS Office skills including excel
∎ Motivated, rigorous and curious you are able to able to work under pressure and in an international environment.
