• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing as per Textile Exchange and GOTS standards.

• Willingness to travel as required by the organization.

• Commitment to promoting sustainability and ethical practices as per organization requirements.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with the TE and GOTS standards and guidelines.

• Manage the scheduling and execution of audits across various facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and maintain compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of audit results, corrective actions, and program documentation.

• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes within the Textile Exchange and GOTS program.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

• Develop and execute program strategies that promote our compliance with sustainability standards and enhance brand reputation.

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers to foster collaboration and business development.
