To support its expansion, the Bank invites application from the highly competent and eligible candidates for immediate appointment in the mentioned position:
∎ Position: Senior Officer- Executive Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the prospective clients for loans and helping them with loan application procedure & formalities also analyzing and verifying a client's creditworthiness who has applied for loan.
∎ To draft documents, loan documentation, credit documents, security documents, security registration to ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures of NCCB and applicable laws, and to submit for approval and signing credit agreement, disbursement and security documents.
∎ Making the clients aware with policies associated with loans and answering all the queries of customers pertaining to loan.
∎ Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
∎ Conducting the field and onsite visits to verify the proper usage of loan amount.
∎ Prepare credit appraisal, financial statement and CRG rating for right select of borrowers
∎ Track classified loan portfolio, management credit quality reviews and Risk Rating System
∎ Providing support, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the quality of the Bank's lending portfolio
∎ Liaise with clients on collection matters and follow up on overdue accounts
∎ Monitoring all loan/advances, documentation deficiencies, etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about various loan classifications, recovery policies and related works.
∎ Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Line Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' practical experience of working in the related field in Bank. Working experience in credit monitoring & credit administration will be given preference.
