∎ Master/Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed university having no 3rd class in any academic records. The candidate must be computer literate.

To support its expansion, the Bank invites application from the highly competent and eligible candidates for immediate appointment in the following positions:
∎ Position will be offered to the deserving candidates on the basis of experience and competence.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural Engineer with 3D intelligent modeling process combined with architecture, engineering and construction professionals responsible for efficient plan, design, construct and manage building and infrastructure projects.
∎ Assessment/appraisal of the projects, project buildings or any other constructions which has been constructed/to be constructed with the Bank finance.
∎ Analysis of detailed drawings, layout plans and schedules and estimating the cost of the construction and engineering works required.
∎ Making expert assessments of selected sites for construction, evaluating the structural, environmental and commercial feasibility of future projects.
∎ Submission of assessment/appraisal report of the project to the concerned authority for facilitating the decision making process.
∎ Modify and prepare construction drawings during design development phase.
∎ Periodic monitoring of site activities to ensure that project is being operated according to planned schedules and budgets as and when required.
∎ Carry out other responsibilities as may be required time to time by the competent authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 years’ practical experience in the following area(s): Designing, Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Drafting, Auto CAD. Candidates having prior experience with Banks will be given preference.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
∎ Should have experience in Photoshop rendering.
∎ Have the passion about green architecture.
