To support its expansion, the Bank invites application from the highly competent and eligible candidates for immediate appointment in the mentioned position:
∎ Position: Junior Officer (Law)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
∎ Check all documentations of all loan products
∎ Conduct Title Search/Verification of property related documents at the concerned govt. offices
∎ Provisional legal checking of all property related documents Legal vetting on all kinds of charge documents of various products from time to time.
∎ Attend court for filing suit and follow up cases.
∎ Working with panel lawyers of the organization.
∎ Monitor cases, submission of statements relating to the new development about the legal claims in order to keep the authority informed and up-to-date
∎ Preparing Office Note/Memo, summon notice/Auction Notice/Other Notices as and when required for completion of assigned jobs
∎ Make correspondence with Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authority as and when required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as an advocate.
∎ Practical experience in Banking will be given preference.
