Job Context:
∎ National Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd, a commendable technology based reputed bank since 1993 is looking for some experienced professionals for Credit Department (Branch Banking) - Dhaka Region:
∎ Position: up to Executive Officer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience of Branch Credit Operation
∎ Must have the knowledge on analyzing the prospective clients for loans and helping them with loan application procedure & formalities. Also analyzing and verifying clients' creditworthiness on applied loans
∎ Must be able to draft loan documentation, credit documents, security documents, security registration to ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures of NCCB and applicable laws, and to submit for approval and signing credit agreement, disbursement and security documents
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Credit Appraisal, Financial Statement Analysis, ICRRS, Borrower Selection, Project Financing Evaluation etc
∎ Must be able to track classified loan portfolio, management credit quality reviews and Risk Rating System
∎ Able to provide support, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the quality of the Bank's lending portfolio
∎ Must be able to help the clients aware on policies associated with loans and answering all customer queries pertaining to loan
∎ Must be able to maintain the liaison with clients on collection matters and follow up on overdue accounts
∎ Must be able to monitor all loan/advances, documentation deficiencies, etc
∎ Must be able to conduct the field and onsite visits to verify the proper usage of loan amount.
∎ Age not over 40 years as on July 30, 2023
∎ Self-driven & tech-savvy
∎ A team player & good in leading a team
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill
∎ Suitable candidates must have started their Banking career through a competitive written examination.
