Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Master's degree in any discipline preferably with commerce background having no 3rd class in academic records.
∎ Any certified course on credit operation will be considered as added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Position: Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive Officer
∎ Position will be offered to the deserving candidates on the basis of experience and competence.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the prospective clients for loans and helping them with loan application procedure & formalities. Also analyzing and verifying clients' creditworthiness on applied loans.
∎ Drafting loan documentation, credit documents, security documents, security registration to ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures of NCCB and applicable laws, and to submit for approval and signing credit agreement, disbursement and security documents.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Credit Appraisal, Financial Statement Analysis, ICRRS, Borrower Selection, Project Financing Evaluation etc.
∎ Helping the clients aware on policies associated with loans and answering all customer queries pertaining to loan.
∎ Risk analyzing and approve or reject loan requests.
∎ Conducting the field and onsite visits to verify the proper usage of loan amount.
∎ Tracking classified loan portfolio, management credit quality reviews and Risk Rating System
∎ Providing support, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the quality of the Bank's lending portfolio
∎ Liaise with clients on collection matters and follow up on overdue accounts
∎ Monitoring all loan/advances, documentation deficiencies, etc.
∎ Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branch Credit Operation, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management
∎ Age at most 35 years (the last date of application)
∎ S/he must be computer literate.
∎ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Candidates who recruited through Management Trainee (MTO) Program/Probationary Officer in the Bank will be given preference.
