∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and evaluate loan proposals as per bank's lending guidelines, internal policies, procedures, and regulations with expertise and due diligence;
∎ Prospective client visits and risk assessment;
∎ Evaluating creditworthiness of prospective clients and projects;
∎ Strong analytical skills to assess composite facilities, including Trade Finance;
∎ Preparation and analysis of financial statements of different businesses in diverse industries;
∎ Ensuring CIB and relevant legal and statutory compliance;
∎ Portfolio review and monitoring;
∎ Assist on specific projects/tasks as assigned;
∎ Attend and conduct training, and provide feedback to all relevant concerns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field with in-depth knowledge in credit assessment and risk mitigation;
∎ Knowledge of local business and contemporary economic conditions;
∎ In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations issued by regulatory authorities from time to time;
∎ Knowledge in cross-border trade financing and relevant policies and regulations, including AML/CFT;
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali with proficiency in Microsoft Office package;
∎ Must have strong negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines;
∎ Expert in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player, and adaptive to change.
