∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Risk Management, SME Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Leasing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutiny of the received credit proposals to ensure that all required documents/ information are provided to prepare credit proposal
∎ Obtaining of CIB report on the clients for analysis, Financial Statement analysis for Trading/Manufacturing/Service Concern, Business and Industries analysis, security analysis, analysis behavior and personal credit worthiness of the person behind the business
∎ Visit borrowers business /Show Room / Factory / Warehouse & Security for assess & verify given information and provide justification & observation for taking necessary action regarding credit proposal
∎ Finalize credit proposal for Credit Committee (CC) ensuring risk mitigation upon receiving satisfactory reply of quarries and conducting visit of client's business, security, stock, etc., before submission of credit proposal to Board/EC
∎ Place all ready credit proposals to Head of CRM for arranging Credit Committee, communicate decision of credit committee to respective branch (send quarries to branch, if CC have any observation)
∎ Finalize credit memo for EC/BOD in line with recommendation of CC, Communicate the decisions of the Credit Committee / EC / Board to the concerned branches and CAD for doing the needful at their end
∎ Policy and process development on regular basis
∎ Reporting of Bangladesh Bank and other departments, and Communicate different branch regarding renewal of short term loan, arrange risk management forum meeting
