Qualifications & Requirements
- 4–5 years of Course Coordinator (beauty/wellness industry preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Passion for the education and beauty training sector.
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a Course Coordinator who will be responsible for managing academic operations, supporting trainers and students, and ensuring smooth execution of training programs. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic training environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily class schedules and training activities.
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, performance, and feedback.
Provide administrative and logistical support to trainers and students.
Address student inquiries and guide them regarding course structures, requirements, and policies.
Assist in admission processes, orientation sessions, and student counseling.
Ensure effective communication between management, trainers, and students.
Organize assessments and certification procedures.
Monitor training quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Contribute to institute events, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
