Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4–5 years of Course Coordinator (beauty/wellness industry preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
  • Passion for the education and beauty training sector.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a Course Coordinator who will be responsible for managing academic operations, supporting trainers and students, and ensuring smooth execution of training programs. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic training environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily class schedules and training activities.

  • Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, performance, and feedback.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to trainers and students.

  • Address student inquiries and guide them regarding course structures, requirements, and policies.

  • Assist in admission processes, orientation sessions, and student counseling.

  • Ensure effective communication between management, trainers, and students.

  • Organize assessments and certification procedures.

  • Monitor training quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to institute events, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
