Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in Bangladesh.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
∎ Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.
∎ Oversee all the personnel of Bangladesh operations, including Service Engineers, Sales Personnel, Accounts, Admin, Warehouse and other office staffs to ensure efficient and effective operations.
∎ Cultivate a culture of open communication and transparency by actively engaging with employees and fostering an environment where honesty and cooperation thrive.
∎ Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior in all aspects of decision-making to promote unity and collaboration across the organization.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to track profitability and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and corporate governance.
