∎ Experience Requirements: At least 10/15 years’ work experience in a similar position at a reputed factory / sourcing company/Buying House/Any International organization etc.
∎ English, French and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.

∎ We are currently hiring a Country Head who will be responsible for driving a merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with brand partners, merchants, buyers, and suppliers.
∎ Jobs Responsibilities- “Country Head”
∎ >Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
∎ >Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
∎ >Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
∎ >Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
∎ >Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
∎ >Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
∎ >Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
∎ Key Requirements
∎  You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
∎  You have prior experience within Merchandising.
∎  You possess strong negotiation skills and can arrive at win-win solutions with partners.
∎  You have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
∎  You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
∎  You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
