∎ Counsel clients in person, over the phone, and online as needed.
∎ Handle marketing and promotions on social media.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information for Student, Schooling, Visit, Work Permit, and Migration visas.
∎ Meet and greet clients; manage incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ Maintain good communication and follow-up with clients.
∎ Receive and reply to emails professionally.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and keep records organized.
∎ Must have an interest in appearing in promotional videos when required.
