Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel clients in person, over the phone, and online as needed.
Handle marketing and promotions on social media.
Provide clear and accurate information for Student, Schooling, Visit, Work Permit, and Migration visas.
Meet and greet clients; manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Maintain good communication and follow up with clients.
Receive and reply to emails professionally.
Research universities, admissions, visa policies, and market trends to support client services.
