Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel clients in person, over the phone, and online as needed.
Maintain good communication and follow up with clients.
Good English communication skills for dealing with foreign companies.
Provide clear and accurate information for Student, Schooling, Visit, Work Permit, and Migration visas.
Meet and greet clients; manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Receive and reply to emails professionally.
Research universities, admissions, visa processing, and market trends to support client services.
