Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Preference for candidates currently studying or have studied in Australia or New Zealand

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

• Minimum 3 years of experience in education counselling (preferably for Aus/NZ sector)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases at once
• Deep knowledge of Australia & New Zealand education systems
• Strong command of English

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Australia & New Zealand Dedicated Counsellor who can manage all counselling activities independently — from student inquiry to university application, visa processing, and post-landing support. Preference will be given to candidates who have studied in Australia or New Zealand and understand the full student journey first-hand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all tasks related to Australia & New Zealand student counselling (A–Z)
• Manage student profiles, university admissions, documentation, and visa processes
• Provide accurate and updated information about institutions, programs, and requirements
• Guide students in SOP writing, financial documentation, and visa preparation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Meet monthly counselling and admission targets
