Qualification:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, investment banking, or FMCG/industrial strategy roles.

• Demonstrated record in financial modeling, research, or corporate planning is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to work with complex data.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power Bl, Tableau).

• Familiarity with strategy frameworks (e.g. SWOT, BCG Matrix, Balanced Scorecard etc)

• Knowledge of financial statements, valuation, and business case modeling

The role holder will support the Director-Strategy & Planning in driving group-wide strategic initiatives, business transformation, and long-term value creation for ACI. The role will focus on market intelligence, strategy development, business performance analytics, and cross-business strategic projects to strengthen ACI`s competitive positioning and growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development & Planning

• Support annual and long-term strategic planning cycle across ACI Group and its business units.

• Conduct research and benchmarking on industry trends and future growth spaces.

• Support Director-Strategy and Planning in developing strategy frameworks, business cases, and presentation materials for senior leadership, Board, and Group MD.

2. Business Analysis and Insights

• Gather, analyze and interpret financial, operational and market data to generate strategic insights.

• Build and manage dashboards, scorecards and performance trackers for business reviews.

• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity and risk analysis for new initiatives or investments.

3. Corporate Projects and Transformation Support

• Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects (e.g., digital transformation, impact measurement, new ventures, innovations etc).

• Work with business units to translate high-level strategy into execution plans, milestones and perfor mance metrics.

• Monitor, report, and escalate progress and risks to the Director-S&P.

4. Stakeholder and Communication Support

• Prepare high-quality strategic briefs, investor decks, and Board presentations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, HR, MIS, SBUs) for data, validation & alignment.

• Support engagement with external consultants, research firms, and potential strategic partners.
