Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to align HR strategies with business objectives.
∎ Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
∎ Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Lead talent acquisition efforts, attracting and hiring top talent across diverse functions.
∎ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, facilities, travel arrangements, and procurement.
∎ Liaise with external vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
∎ Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure HR processes are current and effective.
∎ Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
∎ Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
