Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel brand systems and visual identity frameworks.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, visual systems, and campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms
Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional internal teams
High proficiency in presentation tools and brand documentation
Understanding of digital platforms, content ecosystems, and performance tracking
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams in a complex, multi-business environment
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term brand building and day-to-day execution

Job Responsibilities
Own and manage ACI's corporate brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
Lead the development and execution of major corporate campaigns, including flagship initiatives such as Stories of Impact and Powering Progress
Oversee corporate brand assets, including templates, visual guidelines, messaging frameworks, and the central brand asset hub
Act as the custodian of the corporate website, ensuring content, design, and user experience reflect ACI's brand standards
Direct internal creative resources and external agencies on visual and verbal brand execution, including photography, video, and digital assets
Support brand compliance audits across business units and provide advisory guidance to marketing teams to enable alignment with Group brand standards
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across communications, campaigns, and digital platforms
Conduct market and brand research to monitor brand perception, positioning, and emerging opportunities
Contribute to executive storytelling and corporate narratives that reinforce ACI's purpose, values, and long-term vision
