Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Marketing discipline from any reputed university will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
∎ Conduct a market assessment of security services.
∎ Prepare a sector-wise list of potential clients and determine market share.
∎ Gather offline market intelligence through industry events and interactions.
∎ Analyze competitors' offerings and strategies to refine the company's sales approach.
∎ 2. Client Meetings and Presentations
∎ Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, including national and global corporations, diplomatic missions, and UN bodies, among others.
∎ Deliver compelling presentations on the company's security services, emphasizing their benefits and relevance to the specific needs of the client.
∎ 3. Site Visits and Assessments
∎ Visit client sites to assess their security needs firsthand.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to identify security vulnerabilities and propose tailored solutions.
∎ 4. Proposal Development
∎ Work closely with the company's security experts to develop detailed security proposals.
∎ Ensure that proposals align with the client's objectives and budget constraints.
∎ 5. Networking and Relationship Building
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and business gatherings to network with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
∎ Foster strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their security concerns and requirements.
∎ Maintain regular offline communication with clients to assess their satisfaction levels.
∎ Address any offline concerns or issues promptly and effectively
