Job Context:
∎ Full Time Job at the Pre-Opening Operation of the Five-Star Hotel. Once the Hotel goes into operation, the selected candidate will continue as Coordinator to Managing Director and Executive Office. The Position of Coordinator to Managing Director and Executive Office is a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Level Position. For high performing candidates, career progression opportunity will remain after hotel opening.

∎ Q HOTEL Dhaka - a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited is mixed used upcoming Five-Star Hotel and Multi-Purpose Office Complex with two independent 20 storied towers. With a built-up area of more than 35,000 sqm, the upcoming hotel is located at Purbachal New Town and adjacent to the Purbachal Express Way (300 Feet Road) - The Premium Future Business Hub of the Country.

∎ The Hotel is primarily designed to cater international & local business travelers featuring 152 comfortable & well-appointed Guestrooms & Suites. With 4 international standard Restaurants & Bar where guests will be able to choose culinary delights which run from gourmet to family style and quick service to formal. Complementing the main Multi-Purpose Banquet Hall with 3 other Conference & Meeting Rooms, the meeting & event space is designed for international conferences, business meetings and social events. The Hotel boasts an Outdoor Swimming Pool, large Gymnasium with open terrace, Spa & wellness Center and separate Sauna and Steam for male and female guests.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 3-5 years working experience as Office Coordinator, Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator, Guest Services Agent (GSA), Guest Relations Officer (GRO). Years of experience can be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

∎ Minimum graduate preferably from business studies from a reputed university.

∎ Fluent in English - written and spoken. Well-Groomed and impressive personality.

∎ Must have strong working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

∎ Capable of independently drafting official letters, inter office memoranda and all sorts of internal and external correspondences.

∎ Organize office files and all documents. Capable of maintaining all official records, programs, and schedules of the Managing Director.

∎ Coordinate with foreign and local project consultants, vendors and suppliers with proper courtesy and maintain all official decorum and hospitality industry norms.

∎ Ability to develop inter-personal relationship within and outside the organization.

∎ Candidates having working experience in hotels, airlines / travel agents, multi-national companies, local conglomerates, real-state companies, construction companies, customer service centers will be given preference.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
