• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3–5 years’ working experience in Plumbing Works.
• Experience in Hotel / Resort plumbing systems will be given preference.
• Hotel Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.

The position will be responsible for the Hotel Pre-Opening engineering activities and will later be absorbed into the Engineering / Property Operations & Maintenance Department of Q HOTEL Dhaka.

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing vendors during the pre-opening stage.
• Monitor water supply, pumping stations, deep tube wells, hot water systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, BNBC codes, and local authority requirements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Keep proper records of maintenance and inspection works.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil teams for smooth operations.
• Support in implementation of water-saving and environmental policies.
